700 ml milk
40 g Starch
150 g almonds
Whisk the yolks and the starch in 200 ml milk and add to the boiling milk/the other 500 ml/.
Boil about 10 minutes while stirring.
Remove from heat, wait to cool and puree.
This mixture and the ground almonds are added to the beaten with sugar butter.
Divide into bowls.
