Winter is a cold season and we might catch the cold so our bodies needs more soft food and soups .
we will try to review and learn how to prepare these kind of foods , local soups & borsch & … in these cold days .
Starch : 200 g
Milk : 2 cups
Sugar : 2 teaspoon
Put the Starch in a pot and add some cold water to wash the starch .
After washing the starch , put the Starch in the pot and add water into the pot and let it to boil under a low heat and after it starts to boil , Stir it until the starch is completely dissolved
Then add milk and sugar to it and stir it til it gets thicker
Now porridge is ready to be served
Poured into a bowl and you can eat it
Porridge is appropriate to fix a sore throat and cough.
