Zucchini Cheese Rolls

                 Zucchini Cheese Rolls

These delicious vegetable rolls are a perfect appetizer.

They are easy to prepare and you may improvise adding some other products and spices according to your taste.

Ingredients:
some small zucchini
Marinade:
some olive or sunflower oil
some lemon juice
some garlic/I use garlic powder/
some black pepper

Filling:
some soft cheese like feta or other kind or cottage cheese
some mayonnaise/if needed/
some black pepper
some dill

Slice zucchini into four to five and a half mm thick lengthwise slices.

The thinner the slices,the easier to roll.

Brush every slice with marinade.

Grill them until grill marks show on both sides and zucchini is tender.

I sometimes do not grill too much and they are a little crispy.

Allow to cool.Place one table spoon of the filling at the end of each  zucchini slice and roll.

Serve immediately or refrigerated.
