Mango lassi: an easy and quick Indian recipe for a refreshing fruit and yogurt drink.
Ripe mango 1, flesh cut off the stone
Banana 1, chopped
Yogurt 500 ml
Lemon juice 45 ml
Cardamom 5 ml, ground
Liquid honey 200 ml
Ice cubes 2
Water 200 ml
Put the yogurt, 200 ml water, the mango and banana into a blender and blend to a puree.
Blend in the lemon juice, cardamom, honey and ice cubes.
Pour into glasses and serve.
