Creamy Swiss Chicken
4 to 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
6 to 8 Slices Swiss Cheese (Mozzarella works too)
half cup of mayonnaise
half cup of sour cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan Cheese (divided)
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F/200 C.
Pat chicken dry & put in a greased 9×13 pan. Then add sliced cheese on top of chicken breasts.
Use a bowl mix mayonnaise, sour cream, half cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper & garlic powder.
Spread this over chicken & sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Then finally bake about one hour.
