Afghani Chicken Kabobs
Cooking time 2 hours
1 Boneless Breat Chicken; (cut into cubes)
1 cup Onion juicy; (up to 2)
1 Salt; (as needed)
Pepper; (as needed)
Cut the boneless breast chicken into cubes (washed and cleaned).
Place the cut cubes into a large bowl add the onion juice, lemon salt, pepper- as needed.
Marinate over night.
Grill the peices 3/4 of the way to prefection.
