Sausage And Potato Soup
5 cups water
28 ounces/850 gr diced tomatoes, undrained
2 cubes broth /any kind you prefer/
1 pkg frozen cut green beans
2 cups carrots
3 celery ribs, thickly sliced
4 shakes of Tabasco sauce
1 pound fully cooked sausage, cut into chunks
2 1/2 cups frozen shredded hash browns
In a LARGE pot, combine the first eight ingredients and bring to a boil.
Lower the heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
Stir in both the sausage chunks and the hash browns.
Bring it back to a boil.
Lower heat again and cook for approximately 5 more minutes until the hash browns are heated all the way through.
