How to Cook Quima ( Stews Stuffing ) with grind meat
you need some grind meat ( 250 Grams will be good for 2-3 person )
one big union
about 100 Grams Cotyledon
salt and pepper
Sour lemon juice
First after washing Cotyledon , put it inside of a pot and add some salt and boil it for some minutes to lose (finish )the water.
cut the union to tiny long pieces
start frying the union in cooking oil when the Color is turning to yellow add some Turmeric(Kuruma), one tea spoon is good .
then add the grind meat to the union and fry it together.
take the water out of cotyledon and wash it to remove the extra salt from it .
add the cotyledon to the meat and union to fry it with them .
then add some tomato and cut it to small pieces ( long pieces is better )
then add some water and 2 spoons of tomato paste and as much as you like the taste of it( some salt and pepper ) and sour lemon juice and some potato (cut in small pieces ) and just put it inside of the pot so it will be cooked with meat and.., then let it to be cooked with a low heat .
when it is cooked and ready to serve , you can fry some potato and serve with Quima ( Stews Stuffing ) this Quima ( Stews Stuffing ) can be served with rice or you can eat with bread .
