Delicious appetizer with little money and effort.
Making: 35 min
2 soft avocados
1 sprig of fresh onions
2 tablespoons of sour cream
1 tsp of mustard
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Boil the eggs.
Cut eggs and avocado into cubes.
Chop green onions finely, add sour cream, mustard and lemon juice.
Season with pepper, olive oil and salt.
Mix well and cool before serving.
