Spaghetti Bolognese In The Oven
500 g Mincemeat – mixed
Half an onion
1 small egg
1-2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 package spaghetti
For the sauce:
400 ml ready Bolognese sauce
250 ml water
3-4 tablespoons grated cheese
parsley or fresh basil leaves
First prepare the meatballs by mixing onions, meat, eggs and parsley.
Add breadcrumbs. Form meatballs as walnuts.
Place them in the refrigerator until pasta is cooked.
In boiling, salted water cook pasta.
In a bowl mix the finished Bolognese sauce and water.
Cooked spaghetti are drained and placed in pan.
Arrange the meatballs on top and pour the tomato sauce.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
Before removing, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven for another 10 minutes.
Serve with some green salad.
