1 teaspoon black pepper
200 g finely sliced ham
100 g finely sliced mozzarella
200 g finely sliced bacon
100 g. Cheese
1 cup cooking cream
Peel the potatoes and cut them into circles.
Immerse them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain and arrange a layer of potatoes in the pan.
Salt and sprinkle with pepper.
Arrange on top a layer of ham, a layer of mozzarella.
Make another layer of potatoes and cover with bacon.
Arrange on it a layer mozzarella.
Cover with a layer of potatoes.
Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.
In a bowl, beat eggs and cream and pour over potatoes.
Bake for 40 minutes at a temperature of about 175C degrees.
