Pregnancy  and  birth  are  physically  demanding.  Being active  with  moderate  exercise  and  strength  training helps reduce the risk of many pregnancy complications, helps  you  be  more  comfortable,  and  improves  overall health.
Diet
Everything in your—and your baby’s—body is made of what you eat. Eating a healthy diet gives your baby the best  possible  building  blocks, reduces  the risk  of  complications,  and  can  even  help  you  feel  better  and  have more energy.
Support
Having and raising a baby is a lot of work, and requires help!  There  are  many  people  who  will  support  you along the way: friends, family, health professionals,and more. Gathering a good support team makes it all easier.
